This website, Ionian Vista (www.ionian-vista.com), is operated by Filippos Ntokos, Garitsa Bay, Corfu Town, Greece — the data controller for personal data collected here. Contact: stay@ionian-vista.com.

Booking: your name, email, phone (optional), stay dates, guest count and any message you include — used to create and manage your reservation, send confirmations and communicate about your stay. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card or wallet details never reach our servers. We receive only a payment reference, the amount and its status. Legal basis: performance of a contract; legal obligations (tax/accounting).

Questions via the contact form: your name, email and message — used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.

Browsing: we set no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.

Your data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service:

• Stripe (payments) — PCI-DSS certified payment processor.
• HostHub (channel manager) — stores the reservation so the calendar stays in sync across booking platforms.
• Resend (email delivery, EU region) — sends booking and contact emails.
• Vercel (website hosting).

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Booking records are kept for as long as required by Greek tax and accounting law. Contact-form messages are kept until your question is resolved and then for up to 12 months.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restriction of or objection to processing; and data portability. Email stay@ionian-vista.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
